What is collected, where it goes, and how long it stays.
Public website
The guided sample workspace runs entirely in your browser with fictional content. It does not send prompts to a model, save conversation text, use cookies, or write to browser storage.
The public site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate visits and page performance. The protected client application does not include marketing analytics or session replay.
Pilot identity
Cloudflare Access processes the email address used to authenticate an invited pilot user. OwnMind keeps the minimum local account information required to authorize that user and associate their private conversations and memory.
Pilot content
Approved documents, conversations, citations, and explicit memory are processed and stored on the designated OwnMind-managed evaluation host. Customer content is not used to train shared models.
Retention and deletion
Conversations are retained for up to 30 days. Temporary chats are not persisted. Explicit memory remains until deleted or the pilot ends. Active pilot data is removed within 24 hours after pilot completion; encrypted backup copies expire within 30 days.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides public-site delivery and, for the remote pilot, authentication, TLS termination, and encrypted tunnelling. Email providers process messages sent to OwnMind addresses. No third-party model API is used for pilot inference.
Your choices
Pilot users can delete conversations and view, edit, or delete explicit memory from the protected application. For access or deletion questions, email privacy@ownmindai.dev.
