Evaluation terms built around a narrow, controlled pilot.
Evaluation status
The invite-only pilot is an evaluation service, not a production system. It is provided during agreed operating hours on a best-effort basis, without an uptime or response-time service level agreement.
Permitted material
Pilot users may submit only fictional, public, or explicitly sanitized content. Do not submit confidential information, personal data, regulated records, privileged legal material, passwords, API keys, production credentials, or content you are not authorized to use.
Appropriate use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access another user’s content, disrupt the service, reverse engineer credentials, or use responses as the sole basis for high-impact legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or compliance decisions.
AI limitations
Model outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Citations and source excerpts should be checked before relying on an answer. OwnMind does not promise unlimited throughput, perfect accuracy, or uninterrupted access.
Data handling
Pilot content is handled according to the published privacy and security pages and any signed pilot agreement. Those documents should be reviewed before access is created.
Production work
Production deployment, confidential data, customer-controlled hardware, support, warranties, and service levels require a separate written agreement and security review.
